The Company makes a number of Awards:

The Glass Sellers’ Science & Technology Award  - £5000 awarded every 5 years.
The award is for a significant advance in the science or technology of glass. The competition is organised by the Society of Glass Technology, and entries are judged by leading figures in the relevant scientific fields.
The 2001 winner was Dr Kevin Sanderson, a research scientist with Pilkington plc for his work on a coating which when applied to glass effects a self cleaning process.
It will next be awarded in the year 2006.

The Glass Sellers’ Art & Craft Award - £4000 awarded annually.
This is an annual award for an art piece made essentially of glass. It is open to graduate and professional studio glass artists resident in the UK. 
The winner is chosen from pre-selected finalists at a judging ceremony held each September.

Previous winners have included such notable artists as Amanda Brisbane.

The Glass Sellers’ Art & Craft Student Award - £1000 awarded annually.
This is an annual award for an art piece made essentially of glass, open only to glass art students presently at college or within three years of graduating. Entrants must be under the age of 30.
The winner is chosen from pre-selected finalists at a judging ceremony held each September.

The three following awards are restricted to graduates and undergraduates currently working at the Dudley International Glass Centre (part of  Dudley College, Dudley, West Midlands).

The Frederick Stuart Memorial Award - £2000 grant awarded annually.
This award is in memory of Frederick Stuart, founder of Royal Stuart Crystal
and is made to a post-graduate student currently working at Dudley.
The winner is chosen, by interview, from pre-selected finalists. Interviews are held each October.

The Glass Sellers’ Award - £2000 grant awarded annually.
This award is made to an undergraduate currently studying at Dudley.
The winner is chosen, by interview, from pre-selected finalists. Interviews are held each October.

The Frederick Stuart Memorial Prize - £250 Prize awarded annually
This prize
is given to the Dudley student adjudged to have produced the best hand blown glass piece during the academic year. Judging takes place each May.

The Glass Sellers’ Trophy - awarded annually
The trophy is awarded to the artist adjudged the ‘best first time exhibitor’ at the Guild of Glass Engravers Exhibition.  Whilst it carries no cash prize, is highly valued as an encouragement to artists new to the art of glass engraving.

The Glass Sellers’ Music Prize - awarded annually.
The prize - a piece of cut glass - is given to the runner-up in the competition for the annual Gold Medal at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.

The Glass Sellers’ Tankard - awarded annually.
The Company take special interest in their 'adopted' submarine
HMS Spartan and the tankard is presented annually at the new Master’s Installation Dinner to the crew member adjudged to 'have contributed most, outside his professional duties, to the well-being and morale of the crew'.
